TrackID.dev is a free tool that identifies tracks in music sets using audio fingerprinting technology. We provide this service "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You agree to use TrackID.dev only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to overwhelm our servers with excessive requests
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

TrackID.dev is open source software. The service itself and our original code are available under open source licenses. You retain all rights to content you submit, and we claim no ownership over your submissions.

• Accuracy: We strive for accurate results but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in track identification.
• Availability: The service is provided for free and may experience downtime or interruptions.
• Content: We are not responsible for the content of YouTube videos processed through our service.

TrackID.dev and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
